Lisa Koss hired for Leadership Program at Mexican Manufacturing Facility
International Advantage President, Lisa Koss, has been retained to design and implement an 11-month leadership project at a manufacturing facility in Mexico of a global organization. The project objectives are to support the team in efficiently integrating a new manufacturing facility into their existing operations and to assist in establishing a culture of high-performance leadership. We look forward to reporting our successes later this year!
